There were about 19 youths in total in attendance. Pretty okay lah. (Note the -lah)
Then we had a short devotion from bro.Randall Chirng with a special message from his heart.
The devotion lasted about 20 minutes. By then it was only 5.50. Way too early for dinner. =) Tze wei, our beloved youth leader took the stage for a few minutes and shared with us on what the youth group as a whole should improve in this year. That took about 10 minutes and by then it was still too early to eat. So when in doubt, sing! haha. Daryl led a few more hymns then 2 by me, 2 by ern shern and then another 2 by ee ren. Then bro.Bryant lead us in a prayer. and then....DINNER was served. =D
We had Dato' Boon Chin to open the eating ceremony with the traditional cutting of the santan jelly cake. lol! =P
To all the youths that didn't come. I hope u guys had a good excuse to miss this event. And i pray that you guys will make an effort to come for the next YCF.
