YCF/YA/YQD

YouthQuarterlyDinner/YouthActivities/YouthQuarterlyDinner
These three events were held last saturday, the 26th of January. The event started at approximately 3.30pm in the afternoon. First off the YCF, Daryl song led for the first time. =P
Then Chiang Ling shared a lesson on "What it is to be a Christian". A lesson pertaining to Christian Living and what attributes we should pick up to live faithfully as God intended.
There were about 30 Youths present. A great attendance i must say. Plus, many visitors.

Charles From China
Ern Shern's friend Kok Yew(sorry if i spelt it wrong)
Geoh Soon from DU!Ong Jae Wen
The lesson ended at about 5pm and then came the Youth Activities.
Bro. Tze Wei officially organised the first ever YouthActivities(YA) with...BOARD GAMES!
There was; chess;checkers;risk;jenga;uno;pictionary;taboo!
Most kept occupied with taboo and jenga while a minority played chess and others. =D
After all the fun we had worked up an appetite and it was time for the quarterly dinner. STEAMBOAT!
We started the dinner at about 7pm and it lasted up till 9pm. The food was scrumptious and it was safe to say that no one left un-bloated. =P Credits to Sze Yin and others for supplying the food and utilities. =)
Some of us couldn't wait for the food to be cooked
Example A;
Example B;

But for those who could wait...
Mmmhmmm!

Half way through dinner the electricity tripped! Someone was toying with the wrong switch. =D
Lucky for us Unc.Eng Boon was there to save us! =P
Some still managed to keep on cooking through the blackout. While other more modern ELECTRICAL stoves where out cold, the good old fashion gas stove went on unaffected.

After the dinner, we cleaned up the place while Randall played ratatouille on the projector for everyone to watch.
We adjourned from the fellowship at about 10pm bloated, tired and with huge smiles on our faces!
Till Next Month!

Owh ya...on a lighter note, did u know that Ern Shern's friend doubles as a clown?! Okay, maybe not a clown, an entertainer! Check it out!
